Pastoral Director (Maternity Cover)

The Citipointe Church Redcliffe campus is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Director for a maternity leave cover. This position is a part-time role, based at the Citipointe Redcliffe campus, two days per week. The ideal start date for this positon is Monday the 8th of July 2024 until Tuesday the 6th of May 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equip and resource the Pastoral Team
- Checking and assigning all Yes Bar enquiries to relevant ministry leaders
- Review and assign weekly Prayer Requests to relevant leaders
- Oversight and delegation of major pastoral care issues
- Maintain database
- Recruit and equip team towards the outworking of water and Holy Spirit baptisms
- Co-ordinate with Pastoral Team for Sunday Service Expo's
- Organise baby dedications
